Women's T20 Challenge
The Women's T20 Challenge or Women's IPL is an Indian Women's T20 cricket tournament. This tournament was first introduced in 2018 in Mumbai. The first season was won by Supernovas in 2018 where they won by 3 wickets in a last-over thriller. Supernovas are currently the current and leading champions of this tournament after winning this twice in 2018 and 2019.
A group of 30 Indian women cricketers arrived in the UAE on Thursday after going under the mandatory nine-day quarantine in Mumbai and have to be quarantined for another six days where they will go under 3 more tests to make sure everything is normal. The players can go to their respective bio bubble after they are tested negative is all the COVID-19 tests conducted.

BCCI announced the squads for Women's T20 Challenge earlier this month with Mithali Raj, Harmanpreet Kaur and Smriti Mandhana named captains of the 3 teams - Velocity, Supernovas and Trailblazers.
